403 Semrush Eror on Zendesk Links

We use SEMRUSH to crawl and audit our website, but it looks like for some reason the crawl fails on link that point to Zendesk. Links such as https://support.wesupplylabs.com/hc/en-us/categories/360002485191--Carrier-Integration  which works fine when opened on a browser, fail on SEMRUSH crawls.

Is there any fix for this?

    This is actually related to a bug that we're tracking. Do you mind if I move this into a ticket?

    We use SERanking to crawl and audit our website

    The same is happening with SERanking.com and our links.

    The SERanking investigated the issue, and it seems it is triggered by the Cloudflare firewall settings (Zendesk account) and asked us to add their IP address to the whitelist.

    Any update on this front? We are facing the same issue, but with SE Ranking.
