    Hi Ryan! In a situation like this, I would recommend reaching out directly to our Advocacy team, as they will be able to quickly work with you to get to the root of this problem. There is quite a bit of back and forth that we would need to go through in order to narrow this issue down and a public forum doesn't lend itself to those questions.
