Feature Request Summary:
I would like to see additional items displayed in the monitoring log (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408828001434).
Description/Use Cases:
Mainly, I want to show the log when the code in the Help Center template is changed, and find the person who made the change.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
I don't want to spend time looking for the culprit because the code was modified and published intentionally/unintentionally.

Hey Masako,
Thanks for the feedback. Are you interested in what the changes are or just the fact that it was changed and by whom?
We're spending the bulk of efforts adding events for stuff currently in Admin Center, adding other products is a bit further out for us to address but definitely work that will happen.
Thanks, Caroline

I would also like to add to this! We would definitely be interested in this. I would also like to add the ability to exclude or follow certain people when they make a change.
For example, we had to onboard some people as admins but they are to only add new Agents to our instance. I would like to be notified for when they make changes to triggers, or groups or anything admin related but I would not want to be notified for when they log in or I would not want to be notified when a proper admin makes changes.

Hi, Caroline
I'm interested in both.
When the code was modified and who modified it.
Since there is no code management feature like SVN, I consider these information important
I'm looking forward to waiting for the feature to be added
Thank you.

Apologies for the confusion; I meant if you were interested in knowing what the before and after values were for the code in the Help Center template.

If we can eventually figure out the difference between before and after code use, I think it will be even better.
First of all, I would like to be able to see the updates of the code.
