Of course, we understand that it is your own responsibility.

As you say it will be your responsibility to fix in your theme because we unfortunately don't have the resources to investigate and fix bugs in customized themes, but if you can provide the configuration where it appears (screen sizes and help center pages), I will happily test it against the latest Copenhagen theme which is our benchmark.

If it is an issue there as well we are committed to fix it in the Copenhagen theme and you should be able to port the changes to your custom theme from there when we have made the fix. You can follow all changes to the Copenhagen theme in it's open source Github repo.

If you are using a latest version of the Copenhagen theme as a standard theme, please create a ticket and it will be routed to the right product development team. If possible please attach screenshots of the pages with the issue and details about the screen resolution where the issue appears.
You can see if you are using the Copenhagen standard theme by looking at your live theme (assuming it's your live them that shows this issue) on your themes page. If it has a Zendesk "Z" icon it's the Copenhagen standard theme.

If you are using a custom theme or a marketplace theme you should contact the developer of the theme.
For marketplace themes you can find the developers contact information by clicking the themes overflow menu icon (three vertical dots) and "Contact details".

It will take you to the theme's marketplace page where you can find contact information in a box on the left side of the main theme description.
