How many options/values can I enter in a ticket drop-down field?

Hi,

I need to create a custom ticket drop-down field with many values, thus I'm looking for information about limits.

So i would like to ask you if you can can tell me what is the limit of the values which i can retrieve from API request.

In regards to your inquiry, the rate limit would be 100 requests every 1 minute using the following endpoint. 
 
You need to make sure that the CSV file that you're going to upload has one row for the header and the rest are for the field values. Also, the tag value can be optional, but we recommend adding it.
