Actualmente no existe como obtener de forma masiva los comentarios de los chats que no son convertidos en tickets

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your question. The best way to report and analyse the CSAT comments is to export the chats from the History page to a CSV file and look at the 'rating_comment' column.
