Currently, Answer Bot (AB) resolutions do not add toward the "Was this article helpful?" count for the suggested article.

Realistically, AB providing the solution to a user and the user clicking 'Yes' when asked if the article solved their query is the same as a user finding the article themselves and clicking 'Yes' under "Was this article helpful?".

Adding AB resolutions to this count will allow us to get a better view than we currently have when it comes to which articles are performing well.
