Users navigating away from the page during a digital line call

Zendesk should display a warning to users in an active digital line call if they attempt to navigate away from the page.
Description/Use Cases:
Today, if an end user initiates a call from the web widget & they navigate away from the page, it will end their call without any warning. It would be helpful if the page displayed a warning if they attempted to leave, similar to the warning various pages display if you've made changes to something without saving. This would give the user an opportunity to remain in the call.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This can result in a frustrating experience for the customer and agent when they accidentally end the call and have to re-initiate the call later.

Thank you for your feedback! We definitely agree with your suggestion and have included it within our backlog to address soon. Unfortunately, I'm unable to include an exact timeframe on when this will be introduced but we'll post an update in here once done. Hopefully within the next couple of months.
