CSAT prompt Images and text in Messaging/Chat should be editable

We should be able to configure everything around the CSAT survey within Chat/Messaging, from the avatar image to the text, to the thumbs up/down images and text.

Our current CSAT survey is branded around one of our company values and is incredibly important from a company perspective. We're rolling out either Chat or Messaging soon, and not having this ability is a big loss for us.

I would have expected this kind of customizability to be a basic feature, especially considering how important brand image is nowadays.
