Set user Identity / Visitor Info for messaging SDK

I'm wondering how to specifically set user identity and visitor info for Messaging SDK

Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out. Today, the only user related APIs in the SDK relate to end user authentication (Android, iOS). When you log in the user you can send their name, email and your unique customer identifier - more info here. Soon, we'll be adding the ability to send other end user metadata to Zendesk from the SDKs, but we don't have dates that we can share at this point in time.

Hi Mick,

Thanks for your reply.  Does this mean after I log in the user, they won't be prompted for their name and email at the start of the messaging flow?
