Mapping the ticket status (system defaults) to show only 3 (open, solved, awaiting..) on the My Activities page in Help Center needs to change to reflect the actual status. For example, we use "pending" to indicate the ticket as been assigned but is not yet being worked on. In the HC pending shows as "awaiting your reply" which is not the case at all! It needs to show pending instead. I noticed in the style sheet that all the statuses are accounted for - why can it just reflect the true status?
