It used to be that when you searched in a filter, if there was an exact match, it would return an exact match to your search, first in the results. This has been removed, so now you have to flip through pages and pages of results to find the one that actually matches your search result. This is particularly noticeable in the "Changes - New Value" and "Changes - Previous Value" attributes.
