Feature Request Summary:

The title of the request form and the contents entered in the subject are searched together and displayed as the result of recommended articles.

Description/Use Cases: 
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

A brand has multiple ticket forms for different products.
When a customer enters the subject in the new request form, the recommended articles are displayed, but the same articles for other products are also displayed, which is just noise to the customer.
Since the form is for each product, customers don't bother to enter the name of the product in the subject, but only the requirements.

So we would like to display the results as recommended articles using the subject line and the title of the ticket form as search terms.
