    Hi Rick Mugno and Jay Clementson ! Thank you for sharing this feedback. I can see how helpful this would be to know which number works best to reach a customer and which number a specific call was made to. We don’t currently have this planned, but I’m noting this down as a good improvement to make once we have an opportunity to address it.

    I have been thinking about that for a long time, and I believe I reached out before and mentioned this. Really annoying when the customer has multiple numbers and they only answer a specific one. 

    Mobile, Work, Home, Spouse...etc.
