About the overflow call function of talk

    Hi, 

    Yes, it is possible to overflow calls to external phone numbers in Zendesk Talk. More info here

    I am not sure what you mean by "Colt Line". If you need additional help with setting up call overflow, please get in contact with the Zendesk Customer Support team.

    I understand how to set it up.
    Is there a line type that cannot be specified for an overflow call?
    For example, a telephone using an internet line.

    Hi, 

    If I understand your question correctly, for the Overflow feature in Talk the only line type that is supported is a PSTN (telephone number) you can not overflow to a digital line.
