Please make the Conversation List Sunshine feature non-programmatic and available from the UI.
At present several teams do not have developers who can work with API and this feature would be an incredible addition to the native Zendesk UI for the Messaging platform.

100% agree with this! If a customer logs an issue with us that we have to send for a code fix then the ticket will be active for a while. During that time the customer should be able to start a new ticket with us. This functionality should be native, or at least have a walkthrough on how to achieve it.
