The new page doesn't show me how many seats I am using Vs how many I have. This is helpful and a good place to keep this information visible. It should be maintained on the new version.

We do have this feature on the roadmap and will release it before the new Team members page becomes the default experience.

Tom was anything done here?

Our account says all seats are used up.  But checking on Team members shows 3 less than the total seats.

You really need to make this intuitive to use so we don't need to go trying to figure out where the other 3 licenses are being taken up.

Hi Amjid Khan,

The new Team members page does display seat usage as you've noted. We do have plans to include the seats used by each Team member in a future release and also include filter by seat usage. Unfortunately no target release date yet though.

Generally we find it is Team members with Chat access and Support Contributor that creates confusion. I'd suggest that you filter by Chat to see who comes up.
