Customer Service Refunds
My name is Melissa Menefee. I have been with Restaurant care and now with the RET team. I am wondering if there is a way that we can have the Customer Care agents ask our Diners with any Self Delivery Refunds if they would like to keep the Drivers tip on the Order and just be Refunded for the Food. I feel that this update will change the outcome of Restaurant owners calling in an upset over Tip credits and will help Delivery Drivers all over our platform.
