Email chat transcript to customer and another static mail id
We have a scenario where we need to send the chat transcript to a static mail id also to the customer. I mean the "TO" email address should have a static mail id also the customer email id who chat with the agent. Please help us in this use case asap.

Hi Manikandan,
You can explore adding static email id to CC & followers and once chat ends system will send the transcript to Ccs & Followers.
