Reordering Fields
Is there a way to reorder fields like the ability to move/drag a field up or down. Our current issue is that we would like to move a field up towards to top of the page that's currently at the bottom, see image below:

To do so, you just need to go in Admin>Ticket Forms, Open the form that you would like to change its order like in the image below:
Afterwards, you just need to drag, but have in mind that, as far as I know, you can't change the order of native fields like, assignee, requester and followers.

As Eduardo mentioned, we should be able to move dragging Ticket Form fields, however the fields you are mentioning are inborn system fields and aren't editable.
