New Team Member Page

Would love to be able to filter and soft by user permissions; Light Agent, Administrator, etc. Would also like to perform bulk actions with team members, based on permissions/role.

Also, I would also rather see role than product access. And then like to be able to sort on all the columns and not just last login. An export link would be great as well.
Also in the filter area, a multi-select option would be awesome. So I want to see all agents except light access. So any agent that would be a cost in Zendesk in a list.

Hi Amanda Jennewein and Ed Ball,
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback.
Filtering by user permissions is available under the filter button. We are shortly adding the product role column to the table.
I'd be keen to understand the use case for sorting the user permissions column if you can share.
Export CSV and display team members taking up a seat are also on the roadmap but a bit further along.

Without the ability to export them if I want to find all but the light agents its a lot of clicking to select them all in the filters. I have to select them all one at a time. Even with that done it does not show me what role they have. If I can sort the original list then it will order them.
It seems weird to have Role as the main filter and then not show it on the displayed list. Org would also be a good column to have listed as we separate out any outside agents via Org. Being able to sort via name or any other field is useful. Maybe not by everyone, but I'm sure there are others that would like to sort by name, emails, or Role.
I honestly see no use for the Product access column. Use is defined by role and I have set most of those up. I can easily see what they have access to within roles. That would be my least (if ever) used information column. Maybe others would.

+1 for the ability to select multiple agents and edit their permissions at the same time. We have a rather small Zendesk team, but I just added 10 agents and had to go through them 1 by 1 and choose the same roles/access levels when it could've been just one swift move.
I can imagine if you had 100 agents and needed to enable something like Talk or Chat for all of them or maybe change their Guide access from Viewer to Editor, it would get quite tedious.

Hello,
I saw the post above where this is on the roadmap yet is further along. Could we leave the current view accessible until this feature is available? I use this frequently to verify how many seats are used. The manually process is prone to error since it is just that, manual.

I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).
You can read our product announcement here and please let us know if you have any feedback.
Thanks
