Maintain translated chat transcripts in ticket from Google Translate
AnsweredWhile I LOVE the translate option, the utility is diminished right now (according to the chat gods)
- At the end of the chat when a ticket is created, none of the end-user message translations appears in the transcript. Translations are only overlaid by Google Translate for the duration of the chat.
It kind of defeats the purpose of getting it translated in the first place, if you need to translate it a second time in order to solve the ticket.
Would be nice to have a 'Save Translated Transcript' option.

Thanks for your feedback. We don't currently support saving translations on past chats. On Agent Workspace / Messaging however, you can use the translate feature to view past conversations in the translated message text.
There isn't anything in our upcoming roadmap to change this behaviour on Chat.

This definitely would be a good idea to have, also, being able to save the agents translated responses would be great!
