Customers have been asking for more flexibility when it comes to managing leads in Sell - and we’re listening! We are currently exploring how to make lead management easier by updating how leads are created and managed in Sell.
Today, when a user creates a lead in Sell, an object is created with a mix of opportunity information and contact data. Later it is converted into a contact and a deal. This can be limiting because the contact cannot become a lead again for additional qualification. As a result, sales teams often create duplicate leads and contacts, making it harder to keep your database organized, create new leads with existing customers, and report on your true lead creation & pipeline.

Zendesk Team, it would also but cool if the notes carried over to deals and contacts.
It'd be awesome if duplicate detection worked also on leads so there's no doubles. It'd result in fewer emails sent to the same person/company.
