new language code request fa_AF

Hi,

I would like to request that Dari Afghanistan (fa_AF) be added as a language code in the Help Center. A customer of ours over here at Transifex is using this code in our system. He is using Persian (fa) now in Zendesk, but fa_AF would be better.
