New team Members Page: extra Role column

Hi

The new page has 4 columns: Name, Email, Product access, Last sign-in.

I would find useful a Role column to check (and sort) who are Agents, Light Agents or Admins.

I guess the bigger my organization gets, the more time will be spent in page.

Role and Group would be useful as columns.

The filter is useful for role, but today it is tedious to manage member access / roles / groups and those columns would make it easier.

First, thanks so much for this page! 

1) Next, when you add role as a column, please show the Custom Role name for agents.

2) Please show the person's default group. 

3) Please add an export option to this page.  We periodically need to send a list to managers who are not admins in Zendesk, and it would be helpful to be able to share via Excel.  Having the agent's default group would also greatly help this periodic audit.

4) Also, it would be helpful to have the checkboxes on this new Team members page similar to what you have on the roles page where you can change people's roles in bulk.

Thanks Tom Dupuche for the confirmation, still "future plans" reduces the excitement a bit. Having the "role" in sight is crucial for managing our customer base, as we use larger numbers of standard and light agents in the system.
Hence a huge "thumbs up" for adding a role column with order-by capabilities !

Thanks for your feedback. "Future plans" was a general comment for all of Jamie's feedback. But we fully recognise the need for role on the page and expect that feature to be released by the end of this quarter.
