Need assistance with getting another user to be able to access Reporting/Explore

One of our users is not able to access queries, screenshot attached.

support - Agent
guide - Agent
explore - Viewer
 
They are logging in to Zendesk through the username and password section, not through Google. I wasn't sure if that made a difference. I did just notice they are using an incognito tab. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Hello,

Did you shared the dashboard with them ? 

By default they are not visible to others (i think).

I agree with Team RSH, by default if the dashboard is not shared with a user, that user won't be able to view it. You may also check this article for more details - Sharing dashboards
