Discussed with Zendesk Sell Customer Advocacy Specialist, who discussed the item with Sell Engineers. No solution for now, request is to put the item on the feedback page.
We have a lot customers who mails us using their own personal mail address. They also put their ‘general purchase department mail address’ (like email@example.com) in the CC.
They except from us that when we mail those people, we also include the purchase address in the CC.
In Sell, when I am at a contact-person-profile, I can sent an e-mail from there, but now there is always only one mail address in the ‘to’ line. Its the personal email address.
What we would like to have is a solution, like:
- Some kind of a connection between a contact person, and some kind of a ‘purchase department contact person’, which always will be in the CC
- Add a second mail address to a contact person, which will be included in the ‘to’ or ‘cc’?
- Something else
