Chat : Web widget custom events tracking

Please create an option for custom events tracking on the web widget. There is the on UserEvent API command. However, this command does not track what users do with chat replies, including clicks to URLs there.

Can you please upload a screenshot of exactly what you'd like to track?  We support help article clicks so was curious if you're simply referring to links that the agent sends.
