Editing Team Members - All modifications should be in one placePlanned
I would like if I can make any changes for team members in admin center.
But for know it is a bit confusing to switch between so many windows.
If I click on a team member in admin center, a new tab with the agent profile is opened.
If I change the role I get transfered back to admin center again.
Thanks for your feedback. We are working on a new page for Admin Center which will do exactly that. You can visit a limited feature preview by clicking on the link at the top of the existing page.
Once we have add team member, view roles and seat usage information we will make this the default experience.
