Your Android SDK is not compatible with android 12. There are so many crashes that come in our app due to your SDK. 

Fatal Exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create service com.zopim.android.sdk.widget.ChatWidgetService: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:  Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.

    Hi Ajay,

    Thank you for raising this one. We fully support Android 12 for our SDKs, but can I confirm that you have moved to Chat SDK v2 please? Looking at the package names that you've shared above, it appears that you may still be on Chat SDK v1 which has passed its end of life. If not, there's is a migration guide here that may be useful to you.

    If you are already on Chat SDK v2, I'll move this post to a support ticket and we'll investigate further.
