    We'll add it to our backlog, however, it is not a change that we planned in the near future.

    Could you tell me a bit more why the BCC feature is so important to you? What you're trying to achieve with syncing the emails with API? I want to really understand your use case so that we can help you with that better.

    For any company that runs more of a transactional style model (i.e. B2B marketplaces), we have hundreds of automated emails that are tied to individual deals + a lot of marketing comms as well. As such, we want to ensure our team is equipped to understand the relevant comms that a customers has received to the specific context.

    This was a HUGE issue with Hubspot at my previous company as well as our sales people were very frustrated they couldn't see emails tied to deals. Thus making it hard to manage accounts since they felt out of the loop.

    Just to make sure that I understood your use-case correctly: you want to make sure that the automated emails are attached to the deals so that the sales reps have an understanding of the whole customer journey. 

    Do you also need to make sure, that the reps have proper tooling to filter out the communication noise?
