Hello

I try to find the best way to perform Text anaylics, trough text engine or by other way.

Does anyone have perform such action?

What tool to use?

Or are you exporting all ticket  but how?

I wonder if anyone can help me.

    Thanks for posting your question to the Community! If you needed to export or retrieve ticket data you can utilize the Tickets API and the Incremental Exports API. 
     
    Unfortunately, we don't specifically have any text analytics functionality. If you wanted to provide me with more information regarding your use case and needs then I can go ahead and share this with our team as feedback.
