Outbound Greeting prior to perspective caller connecting with agent

Would love to have the option to record something that our perceptive caller can hear before the call is fully connected to the agent. 

This can be super helpful for orgs looking to state a recording confirmation when making outbound calls, or want to set up a call for success by asking a prospective caller what they need before the call starts.
