Viewing closed deals from deleted Agents

    Hi Roland,

    If you want to preserve past activity history for any user you should deactivate that user instead of deleting them. A help article that describes this in much more detail is here

    I will now refrain from using "delete" for agents leaving the Company. Lesson learnt.
