Terrible Update in the Admin Center

It became more complicated to find the features for the proper settings. In the admin center, I couldn't find the chat channel, where I need to access it in a separate tab in the browser. When a user already has a registration, it is not possible to find him in the admin center and therefore he needs to find him through Support, access the Administration Center and only then update his login.
