Hi,

Can I sum / count how many users that feel our article was helpful or not in Zendesk Explore

Caroline Wibowo,

Based on Knowledge Base metrics, AVE is the only aggregator available. However, votes currently reflect the sum of upvotes and downvotes. For example if you have an article that has been marked as Helpful for 10 times and Not Helpful for 5 times. The total votes will be returned as 5.
