Embedded contents do not appear after publishing

Hello All,

 

I have embedded a decision tree in a zendesk article, upon publication, it does not appear.

 

Am i doing something wrong?

    For your embedded content, is it coming from an outside source? If so, please ensure that you have Display Unsafe Content enabled in your help center.
