Is there a way to clone or duplicate the existing chatbot flow builder?

1. I want to test and play around with the current flow builder

2. I want to deploy the chatbot with the existing structure with slightly different content

As of the moment, you are only allowed to copy and paste steps on the same flow. As it turns out, there's no feature yet to directly clone a flow. I'll mark this as a feedback to have the attention of our Product Managers. Let's hope that other users has the same use case to drive the demand even further.

I second this request. 

I would also like to test and play around with a flow without losing the original copy

This would also be extremely helpful when setting up a bot for different, but very similar brands. We have over 5 brands that would require essentially the same flow but with slight tweaks (such as switching out links to one appropriate for the current brand)

Hey! Also here would love to be able to duplicate/clone/copy this, for enterprises that work with multiple brands, it can be really hard to repeat this process 80 times..

Same here - It would be nice to clone the flow. Other vendors have this capability. And as mentioned above, it's tedious to have to build the same flow from scratch.

We second the option of cloning a flow.

It's really needed for instances where there are multiple brands, with very similar flows needed - just like several people are stating in the above comments.

Any update on this one?

I tried copying a series of steps inside an intent to another intent but it seems impossible.

Even duplicating the same intent in the list of intents seems to be a missing feature. 

Can you make this possible? We can copy/duplicate macros and whatnot. Why not the basic duplication for the intents in Zendesk bot?

This community post is regarding duplicating an entire Flow - not singular steps.

However, it is possible to clone a singular step and the following steps if you want.

You're stating it is not possible to C/P intents - in the realm of Flowbuilder, intents have the meaning of adding common words/phrases to the entire answer you're editing.

the ability to duplicate an entire flow is a really important feature thats needed. Can we please get this asap?

Stephen Hamilton it is actually now possible to clone an entire bot/flow.

Dane perhaps the content team should mark this post as solved, since the requested feature has been delivered :-)

The feature is available only for the entire bot. But it is yet to be available for an answer/flow to be cloned.

Is there currently a way to clone an answer?

Hi Moaz,

It is possible to copy/clone the answers from the flow. You will first need to open the flow and select a step. Then select either Copy this step or Copy this and the following steps. Then you can paste it in the same flow or in another flow.

[UPDATE] It seems to work only when copying steps then exit the flow, opening other flow and pasting. Doesn't work for me if I have both flows open in 2 tabs (to go faster doing the copy/pasting). Weird behaviour that could be notified to Zendeks product team.

For me it seems that it's only possible to copy/paste in the same flow.

ideally I would need to take a piece of one flow, and copy paste it to another flow. How to achieve that ? Does Zendesk block this ?

Yes, as of the moment, it is only possible to paste what you copied if you are working in the same tab.

This is a much needed feature.  I am surprised it was not added at the beginning.  We have two product brands, one in US and one in Canada which are almost the same.  So now we have to recreate the dozens of answers in the second brand.  That is very time consuming.
