New Admin Center and User EXPORTS

It's pretty annoying that I don't have a way to export lists of users and roles from Zendesk. Unless I've missed it. How can I export a list of agents, staff, admins, team leads (aka... my paid roles) so I can play with the list in Excel? We can export tickets and we can use Explore to report on tickets, but why is there no function to do the same with our user data???

I hear you! I hope Zendesk bakes this into the product. In the meantime, I use:

There are three options available for you to export a list of users from your account:
1. Use the Zendesk Rest API Users endpoint (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/users/users/) to capture the list of users from your account.
2. Export users in XML or JSON format. For more information about exporting data from your Support account, see the article: Exporting data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408886165402). We can enable that feature for you, but for that, we need written confirmation from the Account owner to proceed with the activation. Please reach out to our support if you wish to enable it.
3. Accounts with the customer lists (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408822480410) can export their user list in a CSV file (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408845617306#topic_q3w_jrq_bm).

Our company also needs a members export function from the https://clearcapital.zendesk.com/admin/people/team/members page.
We currently use Method #2 with the 'User XML export', but it's a big pain to have to export and then write a script to extract that data from JSON. Would be so much easier to have a built-in CSV export of user data.

The new People functionallity is great, especially to filter on who has what role. However, this lacks where paid for seats are taken up by Explore Editor roles - there isn't anywhere you can filter to see who has those roles.
Hence it would be useful to see who has paid for seats and their current roles that count towards the seat.
