Objects and Rules -> Tickets -> Settings adding characters to Render URIs as hyperlinks on each tab save

Pressing save tab within the Tickets settings under Objects and Rules adds empty characters on each tab save. Unsure if this has any negative impact but it is unexpected. The screenshot is an extreme example from our test instance.
