Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Sell Mobile app should contain the Product Catalogue as per the web browser version. Currently you can only utilise the Product Catalogue via the web browser.
Our Sales Reps are on the road nearly every day of every week. Some of them only work with a mobile (personal preference). We have just deployed the Sell Product Catalogue, however our mobile only reps can't use it and have to get our sales coordinators to do this for them or wait until they can get to there laptop.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is critical to our business as it will improve adoption of Product Catalogue use. Some of our reps do use computers (skill set challenge) but manage using mobiles. They can use the Product Catalogue to size there deals and so this loads up the sales admin teams.
Other necessary information or resources:
The Sell Mobile app should largely contain the same functionality as the web version. Having them out of sync with functions is a detractor to Zendesk Sell use.
