Knowledge Capture Suggest Articles based on Organisation
Dear Zendesk developers,
I am looking for a feature that suggests help center articles based on the organisation of the ticket requester. For example, if the ticket requester is organisation X suggest article A,B and C. Our company has a lot of specific requirements and exceptions per organisation so it would be extremely useful to have the KC app automatically show the relevant articles.
