  Hi Johnny, it looks like you were able to talk to our customer care team about this today.
   
  In case anyone else has a similar question, a summary of the answer was: Unfortunately, this kind of workflow might need a third-party system (such as WordPress, for example) for it to be implemented with Zendesk. Zendesk ticket forms could be modified natively in order to gather more information from the customer when submitting requests but heavily modifying ticket forms is something that Zendesk can't provide natively at the moment.

  Thanks for your response.

  I was able to find another simple solution, and am happy to share this over here. We can create a direct download link from google drive and, we only need to put a document ID after the URL https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id= and it works to download:)
