    Hi Miki Kanomata
Thanks for your feedback. Completely agree that the automation admin page should include a count (just like the other features such as triggers & macros) and we'll be passing along the feedback to the appropriate product team.
In the meanwhile, you can also check your Admin Overview page - the FEATURE USAGES section includes the total number of active macros, triggers, automations and views.

Hi Miki Kanomata, a little trick you can use is to load 1000 automations (for example) in a single page by changing the URL:

    .../admin/objects-rules/rules/automations?location=admin_center&route=automations&active=true&page=1&per_page=1000&sort_by=position

Then you can Ctr/Cmd+F to find the expression ", 20" (comma, space, twenty) in the page:

This will quickly give you the number of active automations. It's far from ideal but the only alternative would be via the API.

Another old trick is to use this URL view to see what was affected by the automation:

    https://yourdomain.zendesk.com/rules/automation_id/tickets

The automation_id can be found by viewing the automation in Admin Center and looking at the URL. The number in the URL is the ID.

    Hi Lou,

Thank you, Lou! The URL doesn't work for me for some reason :( I would love to look into it so would be great if you could find the URL link.

    Thanks!

    Hi Pedro,

Thank you for the tip and looking into this! I was looking into more like similar to the "Trigger" or "Macro" pages where you could see the total number of automation or macro created instead of using API (just a suggestion for engineers to show the numbers).

    Examples below:

    Thanks!

Hi Monika, that's certainly a useful little tip on both pages. Unfortunately, the Automations page still doesn't display this kind of information. Here's hoping Zendesk revamps it soon! :-)

You must be an admin to view that. Here's an example of what it looks like.

Also, you can use it for triggers, automations and macros. Anything set up in Admin Center that has an ID.

This is marked "answered', but it's a feature request, asking that the triggers and automations pages look the same and show the same statistics on both.  While there are suggestions in the comments on alternative ways to get at this data, ultimately, this is a request for the UIs to be parallel. I would also like to see this, that seems like a feature request to me?  I don't understand why feature requests in the requests forum keep getting marked "answered" when the answer is "there's not currently a feature for this". Am I using this forum wrong? Do I not understand how to request features? How do we get this request moved forward when it now looks completed?

Hey CJ, I removed the "Answered" flag - that was a fair point, and I'm not sure how it got set (although as I've responded to this thread in the past, it's possible it was me).
