Hi Zendesk team,
I would like to see if we could have additional operator IN in addition to the current conditions (Is, Is not, Less than, Greater than). I think having IN operator will no need to create additional lines for automation and triggers. We could even use for views and macros.
For examples, if we implement IN operator, we can use that for channels, priority type, ticket types etc without having many lines of conditions for each value added.
