I am trying to leverage NLP to help help-desk agents save tons of time. Currently, I working on a tool I have named SmartReplies:
"SmartReplies applies the latest developments in AI to improve your Support & Service request workflows. Our AI is able to understand the request and proposes an answer to your agents based on your documentation and previous requests, saving time and improving accuracy."
Basically, when your agent goes to answer the ticket, SmartReplies can propose an answer on its own, that your agent can edit before sending it out.

I am currently working on the first version of the app, but I wanted to ask the community here if:
1. Do you like the idea?
2. Do you think Zendesk is the correct tool for the first version of this app? (I am also considering Freshdesk and Jira)
3. Would you be interested in participating in some user interviews, to help me better understand what I should prioritize while building this? Maybe help me test the app as well.
