Private status for KB articles
I would like a way to make some KB articles private, meaning, accessible via direct link only. We currently use the gating by user segment and this format of controlling access to our Help Center content is not optimal, because the login aspect creates a barrier for our users. We are not in a position where we can leverage SSO for Zendesk with our platform.
Ideally, we would not want our user to have to login to our Help Center to access private content. Several other websites offer this ability – for example, Youtube. You can make a video “private”. The video cannot be seen on your Youtube page, however if you share the direct link of the video with someone, they can access the video, without needing to login.
