The ability to add Company Name, Logo Icon and Checkmark for SMS messaging apps in the iPhone and other Smart phones is an integral part of a seamless and optimal customer experience.
This gives the customer an added level of security knowing they are talking officially with the brand. The customer is also more inclined to use this text line in the future since it would always be clear in their inbox (even if they did not save the number or add the contact).
Many great customer service organizations (Apple) already have this implemented and it is relevant to be a competitive player in any space customer support. Thank you.
