Hi, is it possible to hide zendesk logo in My Tickets list?

Hi PhotoSì Team,

There is a Support SDK setting in Admin Center that allows you to disable displaying the Zendesk logo in your app.

Though I must note that this setting is only available for Enterprise plans.

So, without an Enterprise plan, it is not possible to hide zendesk logo.

That's correct. Without an Enterprise plan, the only alternative is to build your own UI and use the SDK's API providers.
