Enable voicemail during operating hours, and disable for out of hours

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    If voicemail is enable during business hours (which you can set), when a caller is in the queue, caller can leave a voicemail. For after business hours (which you can set), if you do not have overflow routing or voicemail enabled, the caller will hear the voicemail off greeting.
